Architectural Committee

Here are some excerpts from the covenants to keep in mind before you start your project …….

* All outdoor home improvement projects need PRIOR approval from the Architectural Committee BEFORE work begins. This includes new decks, replacement decks, perimeter fencing and all other outdoor projects. You can submit your request Here. Please follow all the directions on the form.

* If your spruce up will include painting your home a color different from its current color, a paint chip of the exact color must be submitted to the Architectural Committee BEFORE you buy the paint.

* Building and landscaping materials for approved home improvements may be stored where they are visible to the street only for a maximum of 30 days.

* Garbage cans and recycling bins may not be stored where they are visible to the street. Storage behind trees or shrubs is not acceptable; in the garage, behind your house, or behind a 3-sided fence is acceptable.

Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions
The Board of Directors and or Architectural Committee renders its decision based on their interpretation of the Landen Meadows CC&R’s ( Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions), ByLaws & associated Resolutions. Should there be a question regarding interpretation, an appeal for review can be made to the Board. In that case, the Board will make the final decision.
