COVID-19 Notice

In compliance with Mecklenburg County Stay at Home – Shelter in Place order all Landen Meadows HOA amenities are CLOSED until April 30, 2020.

This date may be updated or amended per the County’s guidance.

With all the shutdowns, lockdowns, and home-bound orders occurring all over the globe, this is truly an unprecedented event.

With strong recommendations from local and state government officials, we hope you can understand and appreciate our decision to close all Landen Meadows amenities until at least April 30th.  As we get closer to that date we will re-evaluate the situation and work to re-open these areas when it’s recommended safe to do so.  With spring just about in full bloom and warmer days making their appearance, many of you may be wondering about how this might impact the opening of our community pool.  Mecklenburg County has presently prohibited the opening of any pool prior to the current stay order of April 30th.  We are monitoring this situation daily and will update the community as soon as we learn more.

In the meantime please take care of yourselves and loved ones during this time.  It’s been nice seeing the heartwarming messages written in chalk around the neighborhood and the stuffed bears in the windows.  We all look forward to the days when we can see each other in a less distant way.

Thank you for your cooperation in keeping yourselves and all residents healthy and safe!

From your Landen Meadows Board of Directors,

Jennifer Young, Katherine Podrasky, Lori Hansen, Joey Arch, Paul D’Anello.
